Website, cPanel, ftp all cannot connect.

Now I'm really confused...
My account panel now shows my cPanel server being on Chopin, but my credentials do not work when I browse to chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 on a mahine that does not go through a port filter.
There is a DNS compnent, because I can not connect to cPanel using the http://cpanel.upstatenyfishing.x10hosting.com, however I can log in to http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082 on a machine that does not go through a port filter. But when I login, only part of the sidebar is displayed - the rest of the cPanel homepage is missing.
So now, I don't know if my site's cPanel is on Starka or Chopin (was on starka before the migration). I can log into the Starka cPanel, but my Account panel says I'm supposed to now be on Chopin, which does not accept my login credentials.
I went into account panel and used the change password tool, appearing to be successful, however, can not login to cPanel on Chopin.
Is there any way to find out where my cPanel really is supposed to reside?
Is there any way to find out the IP of my site so that I can email my members and give them a way to login while DNS is updating across the web?

Can someone please provide an update as to what is going on?
None of these issues show up on the status page. There is a lot more going on than simply waiting for DNS propagation. Do we need to open support tickets to bring this to the attention of the staff?
