Starka is unbelievably slow

Starka is so slow, it's not even funny.
It takes 3+ minutes to load cPanel.
Also, it's impossible for my FTP client to connect to starka.

Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

I have posted this support request 7 months ago. Since then, my hosting account has been deleted and I'm creating a new account now. Hopefully, either you have fixed the slow starka problem since then, or you won't place my account on starka, or any other server that is slow.

The servers have been moved to new hardware since then, and are substantially faster.
