Starka MySQL Authentication problem

Hi, i'm using starka server, and, when i try to connect to MySQL with an existent user and a good password, it blocks my access to the MySQL server.
It happens exactly the same to cPanel's phpMyAdmin so i think it's a problem of starka, not of the code.
