Starka - MySQL Upgrade

I will be upgrading MySQL to 5.1 to prepare for a larger project we're working on and also one of the last preparations before moving to PHP 5.3. There will be some minor MySQL outages on Starka this evening for this upgrade.

I will update once the upgrades are completed.

I will be continuing this maintenance tonight. I will most likely have to switch the MySQL server into read only a few times, this means your applications can still read all the data but any writes will be queued. Hoping I can wrap this up tonight.
