Starka server Dead or Dying

Still unable to access my site more than 1 in 5 attempts.. All users of the site are affected. No stability at all. I understand its free but at the same time what is the point of free if it does not work.

Going to have to look elsewhere even though several people recommended me to this. I was looking at upgrading but when the simplest of sites does not run and still waiting for a support reply I dont think its worth it.

If you're looking to get a reply from this section from a higher staff member then you'll be waiting a rather long time.

I also logged a support ticket 7 days ago, received an unrelated response which did not work, and have not received one since. I too am thinking of moving on if things don't improve. I understand that it is a free host and all, but when you are trying to run a business which requires good up time, x10 just does not cut it for me and my clients. It is a shame because I really do not want to have to move on, transfer my domain, configure the mail accounts and forwarders all over again, but I may have to. :dunno:
