Starka Web Traffic Limit hit?

Hi everyone,

I recently received this message on my site:

[/h] This site has exceeded its resource limits for the past hour, web traffic has been restricted. Limits are reset every hour, please try back shortly. [h=3]Common reasons for this error:[/h]

• High resource usage scripts.
• Poorly coded scripts.
• Time to upgrade.

My question is, I have the free, upgraded package (the one that has unmetered bandwidth and 1 Gig of disk space). My understanding is that I have unmetered bandwidth, so why am I receiving this message? I'm only using 492Mb \ 1Gb of disk space. Is there something I'm missing, or is the system just bugged?
