Starka's backend is super, super slow

Hello,

I'm having an issue updating my site because I can't get onto cPanel. Starka is going so slow that it's only loading the column to the left. After a good 10 minutes, the website timed out and I'm stuck with just this left column, and I can't get onto the file manager.

Why is this going so slow? I really need to update my website,

When this happens, it means the server is probably under heavy load. Does it do this all the time for you or is it only occurring during certain times of the day?

Just as a heads up, FTP should still be working during the times of heavy load.
