Please can you delete everything from hosting. My cpanel username is sarkar19. I want to start from the scratch. Please help me

Is there a reason that you can't delete everything yourself? Go to the public_html directory in the cPanel's filemanager or through ftp. Delete everything inside public_html, but not the directory itself because it's important to have that there. After that, delete all databases by clicking on MySQL and PhpMyAdmin in your cPanel.
