stats site HELP

Hi I am kind of new at this I had a site here for like 6 months and then i went out of state for awhile. Now that I am back the site is down and so is the conrtol panel how can I reinstall my site and get access..:rant2:

Your details would have all gone now. Unless you backed up your site you will have to start from scratch (sign up again).

As per the x10 hosting TOS it states that you must login to the forum once every two weeks or face termination.

Under x10 T.O.S. for hosting free accounts, you are to login to the forums once every two weeks ( or if you had the Ad-Enhanced to have ads on your account )
If you didn't login to the forums, your account would of been suspended, then terminated if the suspension was not lifted.

If the account was terminated, you will need to just go through the signup process again.

I've to creat a new account but it keeps giveing error emails that the account is still there. I new someone to del my account I guess.

You will probably want to contact the official support then. They can look into everything and fix it so you can sign up.
