status page needs update about backups

So when I ftp into my account I see all of my files are gone. I get a login attempt failed for cPanel.

The status page says:

"While everything looks to be in order we recommend everyone to login to cPanel\FTP and take backups of their files to be on the safe side."

Can't backup what isn't there. Please update the status message to not say that since I assume my files can't be backed up now until after the transfer is complete. It is confusing and frustrating otherwise to have that message.

On the plus side by chance I backed up all of my files 1 day before the lotus transfer began and everything vanished.

It should be the same backup if you did it now..

should we backup our database as well? errr.. i didnt backup my database tho... hope it would be ok after the transfer...

Database should not be affected.
