Some stupid dude told me to upload stupid index on my page, when I did that my account got suspended... Can you please unsuspend it please? This hosting is connected to my computer at work and its uploading important files to it, as you could see... I get every 1-2 hours informations about price change, and get the middle price if there are no changes for more than 3-4 hours... I'm doing buisniss with auctions..

The violation falls under zero tolerance policy of TOS. So the account remains suspended.

laki: If you were asked to jump off a bridge, would you just do it without investigating the bridge and the waters below to make sure what you were about to do was actually legal and safe?

Cause the bridge-equivalent of what you did here was to jump off a bridge 2,500 feet over water next to a sign that said "jumping is illegal," into waters that said "no swimming," while residing in an area where the government policy was "All people jumping off a bridge into water will be locked in jail for the rest of their days."

You are responsible for all content on your site; whether you actually were or weren't told by someone else to upload it, the fact of the matter is that what you uploaded is in violation of our TOS and several US laws related to identity theft; you will not be unsuspended for any reason or provided backups for any reason, ever.

I forgot to tell you that I didn't even got a chance to see anything I uploaded because I was disconnected while I was uploading it..

You can't get unsuspended; that's what a permanent suspension means. And you got disconnected while uploading becuase when the scanners find something illegal and suspend you, access is revoked instantly, which means it boots you from FTP and removes all your cpanel access as well.

The -real- problem you're not grasping is I'm looking, and I don't actually see a legitimate page on here. We've got forums.html, community.html, about.html, index.html, and news.html. Every one of these is pulling from the CDN for Steam and is part of a phishing system.


There is -nothing- legitimate on this account. You will not be unsuspended, and I find it difficult to believe it's accidental when EVERYTHING uploaded is part of the same phishing setup.

Closing ticket, issue resolved and explained. This isn't a suspension that can be removed by anyone, and we're not providing backups of your illegal files.
