Hello,

I don't know how to send a support ticket in the control panel, so I'm hoping an admin can help me here.

My account had been suspended, I did what I was supposed to in order to get it working, and I got an email from x10 tellling me the account is unsuspended. But, when I go to my page, it STILL shows the suspended account page, NOT the page it's supposed to show. Can someone please fix this for me??

My homepage is here:

http://entrylevel.x10.bz

Please help!

1. Click "Support" on the top of the Portal
2. Click the big blue "Open a new support ticket button"

I don't think we could make the process any easier.

There needs to be a "send" butto to click on after a support ticket explanation has been made, and an auto-responder message when the ticket is received.
This would give a warm and fuzzy feeling to know that your support request has been received.
