steps to stay "unsuspended

hey guys i am a newbie can anyone post a heads up for what i have to do do stay active? i know to log in to the forums once every two weeks but then i got suspended for not posting a thread what are the next steps? just how deep does this thing go??

I think people need to realize. Some of them view the forums in "guest" mode and not realize it. You do not have to post. All that is required is that you log into the forums. I just leave the keep me logged in box checked. If you clear the private data and sometimes delete your cookies you then have to log in again.

If you are using an ad enhanced service then remember to place the ad where it could be viewed with scrolling
This applies even for the scripts we use ( like phpbb, joomla...)
