Still 403 error and file not found issues!

Hello, today another day with the error:

"403 Forbidden

Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

after accessing the cPanel I found this in the log:

I keep on wondering when? I'll regain access to my web site?
I do not know how it be possible to buy a paid account if even the free one has a bad support!

Hello, finally I found the name of the server my web site is hosted. Here ahow to find it:
go to the control panel and on the left click on the expand link, see the image below:




then scroll down the page till to find the information, see the image below:

Hello, I have installed in the same account of my previous wordpress installation another wordpress instance (in a secondary directory); it works!
So something has corrupted my other web site with the server move! I know mine is only a free account I really did not expect such lack of interest and enthusiasm toward the owners of the free accounts!

P.S.: Is it true that the sign up of new accounts from some countries has been blocked?
