Still after several weeks no response and not solved

Third post. Because the thread gets changed to closed even though the problem not is soleved. Now 8 days has passed since last post that admin was to be notified, but I have not heard anything. And I can not still login to my c-panel. And I can not access my blog for more than a month now.

At least give me access so I can export my wordpress blog and move it to another place. I want my data.

still no response regarding not beeing able to access my site. I have now not been able to access my site for various of resons since january.

Hello,

I'm sorry but your account as well as your data was lost when a bug with cPanel interfered with the account transfers on Chopin. However we do have your databases though I'm not sure they are the latest ones. You can create a new account with the same username and I will have your databases transferred to your new account once the account creation has been done with.

Why did someone close this thread without getting back to me about my database backup restore?

I have done as you told me, and now you have not done anything to get back to me again!!
