Still cannot log in CPanel, even after resetting password

Hello there,

I've got 2 problems:

1)
I still can't log in Cpanel, even after resetting my account password a few times.

I'm on Boru, and I tried the URLs below but get the 'Login attempt failed' message


http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
http://colinnz.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

The password change seems to work: I get a confirmation email, and I can login x10hosting
http://x10hosting.com/control?

however, I noticed that if I view the details for the change password actions, there are some errors similar to the one below

2) My website cannot connect to the database (and I can't access the error logs to see why as I can't log in Cpanel). Is Mysql down? Or has anything changed in the connection string?

You will be able to sync your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours.

Please open a new request for the database problem.
