Still CANNOT Log into CPANEL !

Look, I still cannot login to CPANEL.

I can login into account porthole.

But when I click on CPANEL it takes me to another login page. I try to log in, but it tells me user name or password is not correct.

I tried reset password. I waited hours. Still does not work !
