Still can't access cPanel after almost a month.

My Site Methodsjs.com has been down since August 31st (almost 1 months)


I would appreciate if you could get my cPanel up.


Noone responds to tickets anymore -_-


I'm on the level server and the issue is that my account isn't in the cPanel database so I can't get in it.


Which is making my whole site down.


My Sub-Domain is methods.x10.mx.

Your issue is there is no DNS 'A' record and no 'NS' record for domain [ methods.x10.mx ]

click on "Community Support" at top of this page and enter a 'question' about your issue

I could do this from the cPanel. My main issue is that I can't access the cPanel. I would need one of the members to add my account to their level cPanel account.
