Still Can't Access Cpanel or FTP

I signed up earlier this morning around 4 or 5 am and am still unable to use cpanel (although the icons are now showing up where they werent this morning) or FTP to access my hosting. I've followed the posts today and see there are issues with the server I am on (cossacks) but have read since I got home that the problem should be fixed?

Anyways here is my subdomain: hardcoremadden.co.cc

Just wondering if the problem is fixed and its on my end of if there are still issues with the server. Would really like to get to work on moving my stuff over or I may have to find another solution.

Hi bogie1977,

Cossacks was recently rebooted so some new updates could be placed into effect. The server should now be back up and fully functional. Please try connecting to your cPanel at http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 and connecting to your FTP, and post back if you are still having difficulties. If problems persist, please include any error messages you are receiving.

Anyways I'm still having issues, can access CPanel but can't upload or add files in file manager (tried legacy one as well), can't access softalicious (or whatever fantastico is called here) as it goes to a blank page. Tried FTP again and it doesnt seem to not let me on but it doesn't show any public_html and I can't upload anything and there is nothing to download.

Hope that makes sense and helps solve issue. One quick question, would there be anyway to upgrade my account to a paid one?

There maybe is a problem with your cache, so try clearing your browser's cache.
Also, for your quick question, if you buy paid hosting, you can migrate your current free account over to premium buy creating a ticket over at the client area.

Still not working after clearing cache. Could there be an issue with my account because I created my account while cossacks was down/not working at the time I signed up.
