Still don't have anything!!!

I have posted on and off since the middle of December with this issue, and I still cannot get anything up on the website/cpanel or user panel.

First off, the website http://anticlone.eu/ went down sometime in the second or third week of December, so I was told that my account had probably been blocked, so after going through that process, I was told it was part of the server maintenance. The site is on Cossacks.

So, now the server is back, the website isn't. I tried accessing Cpanel, and that was not any success, so I tried logging in to the user panel through http://x10hosting.com to be asked if I would like to merge my account with an ad enhanced one... So I tried, just to be able to get the site back up in some form. Then it told me I didn't exist on the system.

What is happening? Has my account been lost in the works?

My cpanel username is rneedham.

What plan did you have Ad-free or Ad-enhanced?

I had it on the Ad-free system.

EDIT: As of 08/02/2008, 11:30, I tried the webpage again, and got a "Congratulations, your web page is working screen." However, when I looked a little further (thinking that the site had come somewhere to being back up) the address bar was reading http://cossacks.x10hosting.com/, so I opened up a new browser window and tried it again, but then I got a page time out.

Any ideas to what happened?
