Still in queue waaay beyond given wait time

Hi,

I just registered for an ad-enhanced corporate hosting and am really eager to get my site up and working. I registered around 8PM GMT (which at a guess would be about 3PM eastern).

The thing is - it is now past 2AM GMT (which at a guess would be 9PM eastern) which I work out to be 6 hours - far beyond the 105 minute wait time I was given. At first I thought perhaps I had missed the email - but the site url doesn't even give the example page, and the cPanel URL doesn't work (I guessed them having had past experience with setting up sites with x10).

EDIT: does this have anything to do with the cPanel update that is in progress? Just it doesn't mention anything about registrations being down, or on hold - just that the cPanels are being upgraded.

EDIT2: I tried logging in to the account management panel, and it asked to link to my forum user account - however it couldn't find my forum user account. Is this related to the update? Are the cPanel and forum user accounts linked?

Looks like the queue is shutoff, it's still there.
