It has been 3 days now and I know everyone is busy with the server mess, but I have 2 tickets in that have not been addressed and now my database is gone. Professionally speaking this is not the way to handle support! I have previously had wonderful support and service from X10 but this round is terrible and I see in the forums that there are a LOT of people with the same kinds of issues. We have all been patient while you address the problems you have had but now things should be back to normal and I would appreciate some attention being paid to the issues I have submitted support tickets for and PLEASE RESTORE MY DATABASE!!

your server is cossacks..

Cossacks is running perfectly. Make sure you are using localhost as your DB_HOST in config.php file

We are doing our best to provide the support you are getting. Keep in mind that all community helpers are volunteers who also have website(s) on x10 free. This means that we also experience the downtime you experience. As for the quality of support, well all community helpers and staff have it over their head as chopin was a big problem not long ago. We just finished it and now it seems that a problem has come up with cossack.

I have just replied in the other thread you made and escalated it to the 2nd tier of support, the ticket area. This means that account managers and administrators will be able to look directly into your account on cossacks and find the error and correct it. As it is said in the thread, you need to go to http://support.x10hosting.com/ to view your new ticket (login with your forums details).

Look, The servers were extremely slow for the last few days, supposedly because of the Chopin deal, and my site WAS up and running just fine. I have not been on for a couple of days and now I come in this morning and my database is GONE! Cpanel says I have no databases and I had one there Friday morning! Now I did not do ANYTHING on this site between then and now and the database is gone, SO that is YOUR problem not mine! I have 2 other OPEN tickets for support on other issues and now this and nothing is being addressed! I really don't want to hear that "everything is fine" because it is not and it is not thru any of my actions! Now please take the necessary actions to correct this, I do NOT want to have to start over as I will have lost some significant work!
Edit:
There are only the 2 support tickets that I put in 3 days ago that are STILL OPEN! There is NO ticket for this issue. Now if I put one in I am going to get chastised for double posting!I have tried being pleasant and cooperative and i understand that those of you that volunteer are trying to resolve the situations, but it appears that my issues are simply being ignored and I have a problem with that!

There is no asp.net problem its just that your page has to be compatable with mono as x10 uses linux servers not windows ones. There are a few small differences but not many if you search the forums you will find a lot of information that should help you.

ASP.NET does not work on this server during last week. They have not installed the mono-project yet into servers after those issues.
