Still migrating?

It's been like 4-5 days so far into the migration of my website, and still is under the process. How many days would this take?

Is there a way I can access my files and SQL databases so I can download my entire website? I cannot access cPanel.

EDIT: I've flushed my DNS, and still no dice. My visitors are also complaining.

(yes I'm staff, I prefer to be able to take the tickets in order of arrival to ticket system though)
