The secure page loads fine for me. Try flushing your DNS and clearing your cache, then try again.
If you still can't get to it, I will inform admin.

Loads up here fine too, so either it's been fixed or there is an issue at your end. For what it's worth, unless you're connected on an open, unencrypted WiFi network, the necessity of using https is not particularly high; the idea that somebody would be watching your network traffic just for your cPanel details is outlandish at best.
