still not able to login to my cPanel

Hello,
this my second request for support. I have been trying to login to my cPanel for a while now, to no avail. I was using my official forum/account ID and password, as well as the link from the control site. Is there anything i am missing? Please give me some feedback on this. Highly appreciated,

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

Then go to cPanel and try login again.
