Still Same Issue

I made a post before and it got closed but not answered, i really need the third DB. If its possible to look in to this problem. Thx

I have a DB that i cant remove or add a user to it, i dk what vent wrong but that DB just showed up a few days ago and i cant do anything, and i need the 3'rd database spot to check some things out.
If its possible to delete that DB. The DB is empty like youll see.
