Still showing a welcome page

My website padmakumar.net is still showing a welcome page..

you said it was not suspended and was due to some other problem.

Does it persists?

Did you delete the welcome page at all, you must upload your file and delete the welcome page which I think is index.htm

You index is here http://padmakumar.net/index.php

x10 takes htm or html over php so you will need to delete, rename, or rediect.

You need to open the cPanel file manager and delete the index.html file.

CPanel > File Manager > Delete index.html

Now add your own index file. It may be index.php, index.html, index.htm etc...
