still showing default web page

I've waited 24 hours after setting my domains nameservers to ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com but still no luck displaying the website. Have I done everything correctly on the hosting end? I set the main domain to meaganmolloy.co.uk (the domain), but still no luck.
