still struggling with x10sitebuilder?

again im after info regarding problems im having using sitebuilder and the inability to edit my template by

using the wysiwyg editor via html button !

i opened a support thread a few days ago and it was shut without any form of answer?

i know that the service is undergoing a few big resuffles especialy on the free server side and wondered if this is making the sitebuilder service hang and freeze!

ive used both i.e 7 and firefox and they both do the same thing hang and freeze

I believe this could be the reason why sitebuilder freezes and hangs. I will not escalate the thread though, as you will more than likely get the same answer.

thank you very much my friend and i will keep my eye on the board to see when they are likely to finish the upgrades to lotus
