My account is still stuck in suspended mode, despite the fact that it has been unsuspended several times and I purchased an upgrade. You have to get this suspension thing straightened out or I will switch to another provider.

That would be great, and I am still showing up as having a free account. If that could be changed now that I have switched to pay service, I could probably straighten this out. I think I know what the culprit was and took care of the other half.

If you are on paid, then you probably wouldn't be suspended for HRU. Also, you have the paid ticket system, which gets you administrative help. My guess is you were assigned a new account on paid instead of importing you old free account, so you have two now. If you want your free imported to paid, you should submit a ticket at http://clients.x10hosting.com.

I will escalate this ticket so you can find out why you keep getting suspended in case you keep your free account.
