Still stuck on Suspension from the lotus move & SQL Error.

Hello.
I am Still stuck on Suspension from the lotus move and my site is down and its been down now for 7 days with the same sql database information that pops up and with the lotus move i had to wait 10 days to get the website back then it goes BACK out after 5 day with this problem!! NOW i know its a free host but this is just OUT OF CONTROL!!! NO free host would do this to there members and i have been with alot of them.

Please do something to help me out and fix these problems.
