Still suspended and FTP doesn't work

I access a previous version of my site but when I try to update it via FTP I get a error message telling my it don't recognise my password (I haven't changed it), and cPanel says the account is still suspended.

I have unsuspended your account. You should be able to login to FTP and cPanel now.
