Still Suspended webpage, and cant access cPanel, but main account page states Active

My account was suspeneded for inactivaty, I went into the account and clicked to unsuspend. Then I went to the forum and decided to pay for Inactivity Timer, which is showing as active, but the next day now my main website page shows as still suspened and when i put my correct user and password into cPanel it just states incorrect.

Help.
