Still Suspended

Hello, After the server migration that began on june 11, my account is still suspended.
still the description says it cannot be unsuspended automatically so i should write a support request.
Next to that i cannot login to cpanel at the moment, the link within my account page leads me to https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/ which i receive a notice about the certificate beeing unsure & self signed. and even if i try to log ... it says authentication failure
note : i tried doing what's described : here but its a no go either, cant logon using my forum info

what to do please ?

If you can't login there, try changing your cPanel password at http://x10hosting.com/control/
