Still the php problem?

Hi I'm using Drupal and I've getting the following type of error message:

warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/pcplod/public_html/ecole/includes/common.inc on line 2500.

I see that the php issue on Cossacks should have been resolved so is this peculiar to my set up or do I need to do something else?

Please help, I can't create user acounts or run cron.

Thanks. I have applied for a change now and hope that this will sort out the problem.
