I made a support request back on Aug. 11th. which was closed without a message, but I did read the News posted on Aug 15th about the server my site is ran off of.
I kept checking and was getting the server error page and just decided to wait patiently as I know you were trying to iron it out, well it is still not working and still unable to add files to the site as it states the error:
Unable to change directory to /home/heather/public_html! You do not seem to have access permissions! (System Error: Invalid argument) in /home/heather/public_html
Thanks for any help you can give.
