Still unable to log into cPanel, still not seeing site

I opened an incident last week, but my account says I have no open support requests, so I'm trying again. I'm unable to login to cPanel -- says login information incorrect. Also, my site has been down for weeks. Can someone please help?

Try http://tutorials.x10.mx/updatepassword.html to reset your cPanel password. When it asks for your current password, it wants your Forum password.

As for your domain, I cannot find a WhoIs entry anywhere for exlibrisbullmastiffs com . And x10's nameservers do not recognize it either.

Could you check with your domain registrar to make sure that the domain is still valid and that the DNS records point to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com ? It looks like about a year since you created the hosting account and maybe your registration expired?

To any Account Manager: His main domain is not listed in x10's nameservers.
