Still unable to log into cPanel

I have reset my password in the main control panel for all access, then tried to log into cPanel and it just states that the login failed. I have tried numerious ways and no matter what i do i just can not seem to log into cPanel section of my kamandos account.

I have tried to reset my password now, hundreds of times. Still no dice!

I login to my account via:
https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

Click 'View Detials' next to the box at the topright 'Free Hosting' - 'Active' - 'username Kamandos' >> View Details

Then i click on 'Login to cPanel' button, which then open a new tab to:
https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
displaying the cPanel 11 login screen stating 'Login Attempt Failed!'

So, i try to enter my username and password, click 'Login' button and then it just repeats the 'Login Attempt Failed!' message asking to login again.

I have noticed other people have had this problem previously but I dont seem to be getting anywhere with this myself on my account... never had this problem before but, I do not think I was on the Chopin server... i think it was stoli..?

Ill try that instead, now.

Your cpanel username is all-lowercase, please make sure that you are entering it properly.

If it still does not work, post back and I'll try to find a staff member to look at your issue.

ok, so stoli didnt work.

I also tried to use the non SSL link to chopin:
http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

and that did exactly the same as the SSL link, 'Login Attempt Failed!'.

is there anything else i need to do that I have over looked here?

thanks Skizzerz, yes I have tried that, all lowercase, uppercase, begging captial letter etc for both username and password.

it just doenst want to play, it seams.
