Still unable to login and site is still down...

Hello, I create support request regarding suspension problem. I assume files has been transferred, right? But my hosting still shows suspended due to "user transferred to another server". I did flushed DNS locally, but still not working.

Also I can't access CPanel as well. Tried fris sever with no luck. Which IP should I point to for www's A record?

Password changed, and still can't login, shows " login show error :login attempt failed!"... main site is not working, and sub domain shows "This Site Has Been Moved to a New Server.
It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache.
" I flushed local DNS cache.

So what can I try next?

But not quiet working yet. For all domain and sub-domain, have been redirect to "http://x10cossacks.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/movingpage.cgi". And I can't disable it.

Would you please help me solving this problem?
