Still unreachable

Hi!
Following the latest update ( http://status.x10hosting.com/post/83793734593/x10hosting-server-upgrade-update ), I noticed that my website is still unreachable.
Cpanel and ftp, seem to be work fine.

My website is unreachable too, for like 5 days now. The softaculous and wordpress program and the backups page dissapeared from my cpanel. (pufarina.x10.mx)

I have the same situation.
I can access cPanel and FTP the account however the site is not reachable as cannot connect to server.
This has been the case for six days now.
I wonder if they will beat the record of 9 days downtime they achieved last time?
This is the Fourth Server Migration or alteration and the fourth time it has not gone well.
