Still "Upgrade Pending"

I'd -really- like it if I was upgraded to php level two because I've promised almost over a hundred members on my old forums I'd move last week to new forums and I have yet to be able to accomplish that because my php level is still 1. So when you guys find the time; please take care of the pending php upgrades.

^^ I see that in a little yellow box next to my php version. So no, I do not have Intermediate.

No. The script only runs once every 12 hrs, I believe. There isn't a way to speed it up.

If it runs every 12 hours then why have I not been upgraded yet?
In fact, I've been waiting for a good week or two.
My true php level (1) is the reason why I cannot install my ipb forums.

The PHP Version system is currently disabled. All accounts have v2 for the time being.
