Still viewing default index page

Hello support team, thank you for setting up such a great service. I am having a small glitch however. I hope you can help me resolve this as soon as you find the time.

1. I set up a free domain at .co.cc
i.e http://corporateit.co.cc

2. I changed the name servers to point to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2...

3. I uploaded an index page to my public_html folder.

4. I set up an email and a ftp account and I can access both without a problem.

5. The problem is that my index.html is not being displayed. The page being displayed is the default page. It has been over 48 hours now and I am thinking maybe there is a step I am missing.

I should be grateful if this issue is resolved soon.

ps: you may probably already know this but my I am on the CHOPIN server.
