Stoli- Apache Http Going offline every minute. HELP

Apache http is offline nearly every second minute with it being on only for one minute.
Could you please fix this issue, as today is opening date for my website.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but there's nothing we account managers can do. The server techs and above are doing everything they can to make sure Stoli and the other free servers stay online.

Please don't post threads about things being down, we probably know about it before you guys do because of the systems we have in place .
