I think that these two systems have gone whack or something. Both of the systems are offline, but in the Account Management Panel these things could appear:
1) One or the other is "Offline" while the other is "Online"
2) Both are "Offline"
However, like I said - they are both offline no matter what the message says in the Account Management Panel.
