stoli down again and again

Stoli is down? Recently I have noted many issues with this server (at least once every two days), something I didn't see months ago. :dunno:

We are currently working on getting rid of all the unused accounts. It's been causing the server to lockup and run slow. Once the maintenance is done Stoli should run much better.
