Stoli has been down for over an hour now

Stoli has had its apache down for over an hour now. Haven't seen anything on the server updates about Stoli, so I thought I'd throw this out there so that it can be fixed asap.

edit: Stoli proved me wrong lol. the apache just came back online. I'll probably monitor it over the next few hours to see if it remains stable or not.

I believe that Fedlerner is running some maintenance on Stoli so it may be up and down a bit over the next couple of hours.
