Stoli intermittant 404 issues and errors

Getting intermittant 404 issues on stoli for the past week

Is there a certain page this happens on? I loaded your main page about 30 times and couldn't get an error. Is 404 the only error, seeing as your title says "404 issues and errors" ? Any other information you can provide?

Today I am getting "Error connecting to database" message.

[Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL]

Earlier there were intermittant messages of 404, but upon reload or wait or ? then the site would appear. No other messages just the 404 page primarily.
