Stoli is down

Stoli is down and out at the moment
most of the time its very slow anyway then seems to speed up then slow down and so on and on it goes
then dies a death then rebooted probably and the same routine again
The transfer has made stoli worse then it was

I don't think Stoli is actually down, it's just being a bit slow at the moment
