Stoli load question?

My site is on Stoli and the server load always more than 10 for many days at this time.

I heard that 10hosting are now upgrading cpu to 4 core. and move new accout to the same drive or something like that.That' cause high load.

Do the upgrade finished? or it's just high traffic not relate to the upgrade.

Stoli seems to be having extremely high load at the moment, in the 30's-50's i'm sure the admin team will look into it..

i think the the stoli servers seem to be always like that bc ppl like x10hosting. maybe they need to diagnoses every hour and everyday
