Stoli Not Opening???

Clicking that link takes me to the cPanel login page for Stoli.

Exactly what is the problem?

Using nameservers with the following IPs: 69.175.6.66,99.198.122.2 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

Do you reply to tickets?

This is my second one, Despite taking prime I am unable to parking the domain, Please he me out with this early.

Same here

Stoli has been down for over 26 hours solid now.

There has been a problem with load speed and phpMyAdmin for over a week now.

Forget filing Tickets as the Tickets just get deleted with no Reply.
